1. Processing Time 

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, each order takes 5 to 12 business days to prepare and ship.
• We usually ship within 5-7 business days for most orders, but during peak periods or for custom/mix sets, it may take up to 12 business days.
• Business days = Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship worldwide via reliable carriers (specific carrier depends on your location).

• Standard Shipping:
  • United States / Canada: 7–15 business days after shipment
  • Europe: 10–20 business days after shipment
  • Asia (including China, Japan, etc.): 7–15 business days after shipment

    3. Shipping Costs 

    • We offer Free Shipping on orders over a certain amount during promotional periods。
    • Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
    • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

    4. Order Tracking 

    • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
    • You can track your package using the link provided or on the carrier’s website.

    5. Shipping Delays 

    • During busy seasons, holidays, or unexpected events (customs delays, weather, etc.), delivery may take longer than expected.
    • We will keep you updated via email if there are significant delays.
    • Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

    6. Important Notes 

    • All items are handmade, so slight variations in color, size, or finish are normal and part of the charm.
